On Monday we celebrated our fantastic LCF BA16 event in Shoreditch with a catwalk show and exhibition.
On the night, I also had the opportunity to brief the college’s long standing supporters and friends on our future ambitions and plans to move to Stratford at a special private view of the exhibition – which was a real privilege (stay tuned for more info about this later, but for now check out Vogue).
The show really emphasised our vision and illustrated LCF’s creative and forward-thinking nature. For me, it felt like a real landmark show.
I wanted to share some photos of the show taken by the School of Design & Technology’s Lorraine Smith, who had one of the best seats in the house!
I was inspired the outstanding quality of the work, and I know many of the industry and press guests were equally impressed. I wanted to direct you to some of the amazing press coverage we have received, especially from Vogue.
For those who want some more detail of the designers and work on show, see the great recap on the LCF blog here.
The exhibition runs until 7pm Thursday, with different talks and events scheduled over that time. For information about what is happening please view the programme here: http://www.arts.ac.uk/media/arts/colleges/lcf/lcf-channel/ba16/LCF_BA16_Programme_A4_DIGITAL.PDF
