This morning I was privileged to join BBC Woman’s Hour to talk about the Golden Globes 2018, where many women wore black to honour sexual harassment victims. I discussed the use of clothes as activism, how what we wear can express our beliefs and why I wear black myself. For those who missed it, you can listen to the episode – which also features a discussion with Carrie Gracie, the former BBC China editor who resigned citing pay inequality with male colleagues, and a discussion about extended maternity/paternity pay for all staff whose babies are born prematurely – below. More info on the episode is available here too. Happy listening!
