Milan

After a busy month or so in the office, a short visit to Milan came as a welcome relief. Whilst there I had the pleasure of meeting staff from the Politecnico di Milano, Ermenegildo Zegna’s granddaughter, Anna and the director of the fabulous Pinacoteca di Brera.

In between meeting’s, I had a chance to wander round the city’s streets and take in the inspiring shop window displays. I really love the originality and diversity of the designs and it struck me how these displays really contrasted with the retail experience of Singapore or Beijing, which I visited a few months ago. Each city offers its own shopping experience and part of what I enjoy about travelling is seeing the different interpretations in shop windows.

I thought I would share some photos from my travels around the city…
